How does the drop-off service work?
Simply schedule a convenient time, bring your shoes to the designated location, and leave the rest to us. Once your order is complete, you’ll be promptly notified for pickup.
Where do I drop off my shoes?
We are located in a central, accessible area of Calgary. 1) 851 17 Street NW, 2) 1111 4 St SW, 3) 3280 Hospital Dr NW. More details are provided upon booking.
How long will my shoes take?
Typically, our service takes about 24 hours. However, more detailed treatments or multiple pairs may take a little longer. We’ll keep you informed along the way.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No, payment is only due upon pickup for your peace of mind. Payments can be done via e-transfer or cash. Information will be provided at the time of booking.
What services do you offer?
We offer three tiers: Basic, Classic, and Premium, depending on how deep a shine or clean you need or want.
Can I drop off multiple pairs?
Yes, you can. Please indicate the quantity when booking.
Do you repair shoes?
No. We primarily focus on shining and conditioning shoes, but we can recommend repair services if needed.
How do I know my shoes are safe?
Your shoes are handled with great care and stored securely at all times. You'll receive a confirmation message when they're ready for pickup so you're always informed and at ease.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Of course. Life happens. Just reply to your confirmation email or message us directly and we’ll be happy to reschedule or cancel your booking.
