Typically, our service takes about 24 hours. However, more detailed treatments or multiple pairs may take a little longer. We’ll keep you informed along the way.
Yes! Drop off before 12pm and your shoes will be ready the same day. A surcharge of +$10 applies to standard services (+$15 for Mirror Shine). Subject to availability.
No, payment is only due upon pickup for your peace of mind. Payments can be done via e-transfer or cash. Information will be provided at the time of booking.
We offer Modern ($24), Classic ($32), and Premium ($40) for dress shoes and boots; Classic ($30) and Premium ($40) for sneakers; Suede & Nubuck starting at $35; and Mirror Shine starting at $45 for dress shoes. See our full pricing in the Services section above.

Yes, you can. Please indicate the quantity when booking.
No. We primarily focus on shining and conditioning shoes, but we can recommend repair services if needed.
Your shoes are handled with great care and stored securely at all times. You'll receive a confirmation message when they're ready for pickup so you're always informed and at ease.
Of course. Life happens. Just reply to your confirmation email or message us directly and we’ll be happy to reschedule or cancel your booking.
