We offer professional shoe-shining services, which may include surface cleaning, polishing, edge dressing, and conditioning. We do not offer shoe repair or alteration services.
Appointments can be booked online or in person. Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your drop off.
Same Day Express is an add-on service that prioritizes your order for same-day completion. The fee is a flat rate per order based on the total number of pairs.
Standard services (Modern, Classic, Premium)

Express availability is subject to daily capacity and is not guaranteed until confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of pick up. We accept cash or e-transfer only at the moment. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price at the time of your appointment.
Gift cards are redeemed at the time of booking. One gift card code covers the full value of the service — partial use is not supported and remaining balance is not tracked or refunded. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please give at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, but we will address any concerns you have with the service provided.
While we handle all items with care, The Shine Drop is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on shoes. We are also not liable for any damage that occurs due to the condition or age of the material.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
We value your privacy. We do not share, sell, or store your personal data with any third parties. Any contact information you provide is used solely for communication regarding your service.
